Using the Electrochemical Series

This page is a basic exercise in using the structure of the electrochemical series to predict spontaneity under standard conditions. When you press "New Problem", a question involving a redox reacion will be presented. Use the electrochemical series to ascertain whether the reaction will occur as described and click on the button in front of the correct response. The results appear in the usual cell. You only get one attempt. If your answer is incorrrect, the correct answer with an explanation will be given.
